How are the pies shipped?

The pies are shipped Fedex Overnight with dry ice to ensure the product is delivered fresh to your door. Each pie is packaged individually with custom design packaging to ensure that breakages during transportation do not occur.

Does the pie arrive ready to serve?

Our pies are shipped with dry ice to ensure freshness. For Baked Pies remove the pie from the packaging and allow to thaw for a few hours then serve. For Ready-to-Bake Pies baking instructions will be included with the pie.

Can I freeze the pies, and for how long?

Yes, the pies can be frozen, for Baked Pies you can keep them frozen for up to two months. Ready-to-Bake Pies may be kept frozen for up to four months.

What if it arrives damaged?

Does it come with instructions?

Bake at home pies will have baking instructions with your order. If they are not included, a copy can be requested through the Customer Service Department at (714) 540-3535. 

Can I enclose a gift card?

Yes, you can enter your special message on the order review page before completing your order.

Are the ingredients listed?

Yes, the ingredients and nutritional information are listed on the label of all baked pies.
